• Working with other experts to meet deadlines, using CAD software to create detailed designs

To act as the Project Document Controller for all large projects.
To provide structure and discipline for internal documentation and files of all projects.
To assist the Technical Manager with document compilation and submissions for projects
To assist the draftsmen with management of drawings and registers.
Total Document Control for large projects as assigned by the Manager.
 Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of project documentation for all projects as directed.
Prepare and maintain transmittals and transmittal registers for assigned projects. Follow up receipt acknowledgement as appropriate.
Manage project files (paper and electronic) as directed.
Assist in file/correspondence management with project staff. Undertake compliance audits as directed.
 Shall comply with instructions relating to safety at the place of work; adhere to suitable means of protection against injuries, occupational diseases, fire and other hazards which may result from the use of machinery and other equipment and ensure that he / she comply with personal protective equipment requirements.
Mandatory reporting of incidents / accidents and near misses.
Support QA/QC in continuous improvement of Document Control Procedure. 
Submissions of engineering documents/drawings.
Ensure that documents/drawings to be submitted complied with Client documentation requirements.
Maintain an effective and efficient document system/register (around 40 document registers and monitoring)
 Assist Engineering team in preparing documents like O&M, Datasheets, etc.
Assist System Engineer and Lead Engineer in arranging formats of documents as per the Client standard or requirements.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
